Riot confirms plans to bring Valorant Mobile

Riot has officially confirmed its plans to launch Valorant Mobile for smartphones. The company made this announcement for the one-year anniversary of Valorant. Valorant was launched on PC exactly a year ago on June 2, 2020. This is a free-to-play competitive first-person shooter game and boasts 14 million monthly players.

Riot just confirmed its plans for a mobile version of the game. So, there is no release date or any release timeline. VALORANT Executive Producer at Riot Games, Anna Donlon, confirms that Valorant Mobile will neither a spin-off nor a different type of game.

Riot will also keep celebrating the first anniversary of Valorant thought the month. In a month-long celebration, Valorant community will get redeemable player card and free event pass.

VALORANT Mobile was first leaked back in September 2020 when data miners found settings for smartphone control. Later, a entire list of settings was leaked. Last month, several report talked about VALORANT Mobile.

VALORANT is a popular game among gamers. Thousands of gamers stream the game on Twitch. Several CS: GO professionals also switched to this new game.
