Caviar, a Russian company known for making luxury variants of popular tech gadgets, has introduced “pure gold” AirPods Max for those who can afford it. It will cost $108,000 and will be available next year.
The custom “pure gold” AirPod Max will be offered in white and black colors. It will feature leather headband and gold earcups as shown in the photo. The earcups will be made of pure 750 gold in place of aluminum that Apple uses. The company is also replacing the mesh headband with “rare crocodile leather.”
Caviar is popularly known for making luxury variants of Apple products. Most recently, the company also unveiled iPhone 12 Pro at $10,000.
