Samsung Galaxy S20 FE features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on OneUI based on Android 10. The phone is powered by Octa-Core Samsung Exynos 990 7nm processor with ARM Mali-G77MP11 GPU. It has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage with an option to expand storage up to 1 TB.
It has a triple camera with 12 megapixels primary camera, 8 megapixels telephoto camera, and 12 megapixels 123° Ultra-Wide camera. The telephoto camera also offers 3X Optical Zoom. Up to 30x Super-Resolution Zoom. The phone also has 32 megapixels selfie camera.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is IP68 rated to offer water and dust resistance. The phone has USB Type-C audio, Stereo speakers tuned by AKG, and Surround sound with Dolby Atmos.
Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5, GPS with GLONASS, USB 3.1, NFC, and MST. It packs 4500mAh battery with 25W fast charging, WPC Qi wireless fast charging, and Wireless PowerShare.
