Hike reveals 33% increase in daily time spent

India is in lockdown to stop the spread of COVID-19, so people are using social media and messaging apps to connect with their friends and loved ones. So, these apps are witnessing a surge in user engagement and average daily time spent.

Today, Hike shared stats of March and confirmed an increase of 33% in daily time spent on the app. Users are spending an average of over 44 minutes per day on the app.

Kavin Bharti Mittal, CEO of Hike also, shared the average time spent stats by day that confirms how this has gone up since March 23, the lock day lockdown in India began.
