Along with the Galaxy S20 series of smartphones, Samsung also launched its next foldable phone called Samsung Galaxy Z Flip at the Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event. The phone is exactly the same as we saw in the leaks.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with a resolution of 2636 x 1080 pixels. The company calls it Infinity Flex display that has bendable Ultra-Thin Glass and is rated to last for 2,00,000 folds. There is also a 1.1-inch cover display to show notifications when the phone is folded. Samsung has also made a Flex mode to split apps in one half and controls on the bottom half.

The phone packs 7nm Snapdragon 855 Plus Soc with Adreno 640 GPU. It comes with 8GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage.

There is a dual camera that includes 12 megapixels wide-angle camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 12 megapixels ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture. There is also a 10 megapixels selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture.

The phone has side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It also has Accelerometer, Barometer, Gyro sensor, Geomagnetic sensor, Hall sensor (digital, analog), Proximity sensor, and RGB Light sensor.

The phone has 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0 (LE up to 2Mbps), ANT+, USB Type-C, NFC, and GPS connectivity. It packs 3300mAh battery with 15w fast charging and 9w Qi wireless charging support.

It is priced at USD 1380 and will be available in Mirror Black and Mirror Purple colors. It will be available in the US and Korea starting February 14th, 2020.
