HMD Global has announced a big price cut for its flagship Nokia 9 PureView smartphone. The phone was launched at Rs, 49,999 last year. The new price has been updated across all the platforms where the phone is available.

Nokia 9 PureView comes with a Penta camera setup that includes two RGB and three monochrome lenses to collect more amount of light for a better photo. This camera was deleted in cooperation with multi-sensor camera company Light. The phone captures HDR shots from all the cameras and then fuse all shots together into one 12MP photo. The resulting image comes with an outstanding dynamic range and depth of field. The camera can also shoot at 60-megapixel in burst mode. It also has a 20 megapixels selfie camera.

It also features a 5.99-inch Quad HD pOLED display with HDR10 support. The phone packs Snapdragon 845, Adreno 630 GPU, 6GB of RAM, in-display fingerprint scanner, and 3320mAh battery with support for fast charging and Qi wireless charging.

The phone comes with a glass body and features Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front and the back. It also has a water-resistant body with IP67 ratings.
