Xiaomi launches new smart TVs in India starting at Rs. 17999

At an event in Bangaluru, Xiaomi has launched a few new smart TVs in the Indian market. These TVs are Mi TV 4A 40-inch, Mi TV 4X 43-inch, Mi TV 4X 50-inch, and Mi TV 4X 65-inch. Mi TV 4X models come with 4K resolution and HDR support.

All these smart TV models feature 20W speakers with Dolby and DTS support. Xiaomi has introduced PatchWall 2.0 with Android TV 9.0 that power these smart TVs. The company has also introduced the Data Saver feature with data counter for India.

Mi TV 4A 40-inch, Mi TV 4X 43-inch, and Mi TV 4X 65-inch will be available from September 29th on Flipkart and Mi.com. Mi TV 4X 50-inch will be sold via Amazon and Mi.com. These TVs will also be available from Mi Home Stores and other partner offline stores.

These models come with Netflix and Amazon Prime integrated out of the box along with other content partner apps.

The company has also introduced launch offers that include exclusive content for Zee5, SunNxt, Shemaroo, EpicON, Eros Now and Hungama Play and Airtel XStream users one extra month if they pay for 6 months.

The 65-inch smattered TV features an ultra-slim bezel and ultra-bright panel. It has a Reality Flow Engine that refreshes visuals at 60fps. It has Amlogic Cortex Quad-Core Cortex A55 processor with Mali-470 MP3 GPU, 2GB RAM, and 16GB storage. It features 3 x HDMI3 x USB, Ethernet, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.

43-inch and 50-inch models have same Amlogic Cortex Quad-Core Cortex A53 processor with Mali-450 MP3 GPU, 2GB RAM, and 8GB storage. These smart TVs also feature WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, 3 x HDMI (1 contain ARC), 2 x USB, and Ethernet.

The 40-inch model comes with Amlogic Cortex Quad-Core Cortex A53 processor with Mali-450 MP3 GPU 1GB RAM and 8GB storage.

Xiaomi has also launched Mi Sound Bar in Black color at the same price of Rs. 4999. It was launched earlier this year in gray color.

You can now control the audio of the sounder using the TV remote when it is connected via S/PDIF.
