Huawei just announced its new smartwatch Huawei Watch GT2 along with Mate 30 series of smartphones.

Huawei Watch GT 2 comes in two different sizes including 42mm and 46mm. The 42mm model features a 1.2-inch AMOLED display while the 46mm version sports a 1.39-inch AMOLED display. It has a minimalistic aesthetic design with a 3D curved bezel-less watch face.

Watch GT 2 is powered by Kirin A1 chip. It has GPS support and a heart rate sensor. It can monitor sleep and all-day activities. It also has Accelerometer sensor, Gyroscope sensor, Geomagnetic sensor, Ambient light sensor, Air pressure sensor, and Capacitive sensor.

HUAWEI Watch GT 2

It runs on LiteOS and is compatible with both Android and iOS. It is compatible with smartwatches running on Android 4.4 and above or iOS 9.0 and above. Watch GT 2 is Water-resistant up to 50 meters

The watch also has an integrated speaker and microphone for Bluetooth calling.

Huawei Watch GT 2 packs 455mAh battery that promises up to 14 days of battery life.

There are different editions of the watch. The 46 mm Watch GT2 comes in Sports Edition, Classic Edition, and Elite Edition. The 42mm model will be available in Sports Edition, Classic Edition, and Elegant Edition.

HUAWEI GT 2 46mm is priced at €249 and the Watch GT 2 42mm costs €229. Shipping will start in October.
