Fossil has just announced its Gen 5 smartwatches in India. Amazon.in has already started teasing the launch of this smartwatch and it will be available during Great Indian Festival 2019.

Fossil Gen 5 smartwatch runs on Wear OS and packs Snapdragon Wear 3100 platform. It has 1 GB RAM and 8GB storage.
It includes Heart Rate sensor along with Accelerometer, Altimeter, Ambient Light, and Gyroscope. It also features Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, Wi-Fi, and GPS connectivity. The watch has an in-built microphone and speaker. So, you can use it for taking calls and listing to the response of Google assistant.

It features different battery modes including Daily mode, Extended mode, Custom mode, and Time mode. In Extended mode, Fossil claims that the smartwatch lasts multiple days while still tracking heart rate and displaying notifications.
It comes in Carlyle and Julianna Stainless Steel variant and has 44mm dial. The watch is also water-resistant up to 30 meters.
