Along with Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), the company has also launched Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e tablet in India. It starts at Rs. 35999.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e features a large 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display offering WQXGA resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) out of the box.
The tablet is just 5.5mm thin and weighs around 400g. So you can comfortably carry it with you. It has polished metal uni-body case design and comes in Gold, Silver and Black color options. It also has slim bezels.
The tablet has Octa-Core Snapdragon 670 processor with Adreno 615 GPU. It also has 4GB RAM and 64GB RAM with an option to expand storage up to 512GB.
The tablet has Samsung DeX support, so you can use DeX dock to mirror the tablet on the big display. It is also the first Samsung tablet to feature Bixby 2.
It has 13 megapixels rear camera with LED flash and 5 megapixels front camera.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e tablet has 4 speakers tuned by AKG and Dolby Atmos. The super AMOLED display offers an immerse experience.
Connectivity options include WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz/5GHz) MIMO, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5, GPS, GLONASS, USB 3.1 Type-C, and POGO pin. There is also a 4G variant of the tablet. It packs 7,040mAh battery with support for fast charging.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e WiFi version costs Rs. 35999 and the LTE version costs Rs. 39999. It will be available from all leading retail stores, Samsung e-Shop and Samsung Opera House starting today. WiFi only version will be available from Amazon.in while the Wi-Fi +LTE variant will be available on Flipkart.
