Xiaomi starts a crowdfunding campaign for Mi LED Smart Bulb in India back in April and shipped the item to backers last month. Now the company has started selling Mi LED Smart Bulb officially in India at Rs. 1299. It is now available at Mi.com, Flipkart and Amazon.

Mi LED Smart Bulb is a 10W bulb with 800 Lumens of brightness. It is z smart bulb that can be connected to a Wi-Fi network and then you can use a smartphone app to control the brightness and color of the bulb light. It offers 16 million colors and 80 to 800 lumens adjustment. You can power it on or off using a smartphone app. You can also schedule the on / off time.
The most notable thing is that it is compatible with Alexa and Assistant. So, you can use any of these voice assistants to control the bulb using voice commands.
Xiaomi claims that the bulb has 11 years of long life span if it is used 6 hours a day.
