Yesterday, Xiomi announced its latest fitness band Mi Band 4 in China. As expected, the successor comes with a color display and is bigger than the predecessor.
MI Band 4 comes with a 0.95-inch AMOLED color touch screen display protected by 2.5D scratch-resistant glass. It is 39.9% bigger than the predecessor to display more characters. There are 77 different watch faces to try.
It also has a 6-axis high-precision sensor. It can teach track swimming data in real time and also has smart stroke recognition. It also as 6 sports modes. As it can track swim, it is also 5ATM water resistant, so you can take it for swimming under 50 meters.
It shows time, steps, heart rate, activities, weather, notifications from apps, calls and more. It also offers a Sedentary reminder.
It also has optional NFC for payment support. In China, It can be used for Alipay.
There is a microphone in the band for giving voice commands to Xiao AI voice assistant and control Xiaomi Smart Home ioT accessories.
Mi Band 4 packs 135mAh battery that promises to offer up to 20 days of battery. The variant with NFC has little smaller 125 mA battery and offers 15 days of usage.
Xiaomi has also announced Mi Band 4 Avengers edition with custom dials matching wrist bands for Captain America, Avengers and Iron Man.
