Along with Honor 20 series, Honor also launched Honor Pad 5 tablet in India. The tablet comes in 8-inch and 10-inch FHD display sizes. Honor Pad 5 will be available to buy in India from Flipkart starting July 2019.
Honor Pad 5 8-inch
The 8-inch model of Honor Pad 5 comes with Full HD display. It packs HiSilicon Kirin 710 Soc with ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. It comes in 3GB and 4GB RAM models with 64GB storage. Storage is also expandable up to 512GB via micro SD card.
It features a 8 megapixels rear camera and 8 megapixels front camera. This model has Dual Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
It offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS. The tablet also packs 5100 mAh battery.
Honor Pad 5 10.1-inch
The 10.1-inch model features a full HD display and runs on EMUI 8.0 unlike Magic UI. It packs HiSilicon Kirin 659 processor with ARM Mali-T830 MP2 GPU. The tablet comes with 3GB RAM and 4 GB RAM models with 64GB storage. Storage is also expandable up to 256GB.
The model has 8 megapixels rear camera and 2 megapixels front camera. It also has fingerprint sensor located on physical home button.
It Dual Stereo speakers with Harman Kardon audio tuning. It comes with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS connectivity option. This model is bigger, so packs 5100 mAh battery.
