Xiaomi has now launched the 16GB storage variant of its entry-level Redmi Go smartphone. There is no other change except the storage. Redmi Go with 16GB storage costs Rs. 4799

Redmi Go was initially launched with just 8GB Storage at a price of Rs. 4499. Xiaomi is only taking Rs. 300 extra for additional 8GB storage.

Redmi Go features a 5-inch HD display and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo Go edition. The phone is powered by 1.4GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor with Adreno 308 GPU. It has 1 GB RAM and storage is also expandable up to 128GB.

The phone has 8 megapixels rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and 5 megapixels front camera with f/2.2 aperture.

It has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and micro USB. The phone also comes with FM Radio and dual microphones. It packs 3000 mAh battery.

Redmi Go comes in Blue and Black color options.

The phone will be available from Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi Home Stores.
