Now you can share your Android or iOS screen on Skype video calls

Skype has started testing the screen share feature on Android and iOS apps. This will enable Android and iOS Skype users are their phone’s screen on Skype video calls.

This feature will be helpful for sharing PowerPoint presentations, showing any other kind of document without actually sharing or do some online shopping.

For now, this feature is available in beta. So, you need to be a Skype Insider for getting the feature. You can sign up for beta access here.

When you are running the Skype beta, Simply tap on … and select Share Screen to get started

This feature is in beta, so it might not work as smooth as you expect. Few people reported that they couldn’t find this feature working on iOS beta, but Android beta users were successful.

It is not clear when this feature will be available in stable Skype updates. But we can expect this feature to be available to all by next month.
