Motorola has just announced the launch of Moto G7 in India. The phone is priced at Rs. 16999 and will be available starting 25th March 2019.

Moto G7 features a 6.24-inch Full HD+ Display with a water drop notch. The display also has Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

The phone packs 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 632 14nm processor with Adreno 506 GPU. It has 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. Storage is also expandable up to 512GB.

The phone runs on Android 9.0 Pie with Moto Experiences like Quick Capture, Fast Flashlight, and Attentive Display.

The phone has a dual camera on the back where the primary camera is of 12 megapixels with f/1.8 aperture and secondary camera is of 5 megapixels with f/2.2 aperture. It also has 8 megapixels selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture. There is no front flash, but it offers the screen flash option for low-light selfies. The camera app also lets you record Cinemagraphs.

The phone has Dolby audio. Like other Moto phones, it also has Water-repellent P2i coating. The phone has a fingerprint sensor located on the back panel.

The phone supports ual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and USB Type-C.

It packs 3000mAh battery with 15W Turbo-charging. Motorola claims that 15 minutes of charging is sufficient to provide you 9 hours of power.

At this price, this phone will find it hard to get consumers when Xiaomi is already offering Redmi Note 7 Pro at very aggressive pricing. Redmi note 7 Pro comes with the much better chipset to offer good performance at a lower price than the price of Moto G7.
