Apple Arcade game subscription service launched for iOS, Mac, and Apple TV

Apple has just unveiled a new Apple Arcade game subscription service at its show time event where the company is announcing new services. Apple’s gaming subscription service is for titles that can be installed from the App Store. Unlike Google Stadia, There is no streaming involved

Apple confirms that there are over 300,000 games available already and more than 1 billion people have downloaded games from the App Store. That shows how popular gaming is on Apple’s platform.

Apple Arcade subscription service will also bring 100 new and exclusive games that will not be available on any other mobile platform or subscription service. These games can be downloaded and played after downloading from the Apple store. There will be no ads within the games and you will all content and future updates with no additional cost.

Apple Arcade will be available in more than 150 countries but Apple has not revealed the pricing of the subscription.

Game developers can now sign up for more information before the launch of the service later this year.
