All-new Kindle with adjustable front light launched at Rs. 7999

Amazon has just launched all-new Kindle with adjustable front light at Rs. 7999. You can adjust the display brightness to read comfortably. It also comes with updated design and latest electronic ink technology for better contrast.

With the front light, you can now read books even in dark and adjust the brightness depending on your comfort level. The most affordable Kindle costs Rs. 5999 but it doesn’t feature front light.

The device has 6-inch capacitive touch display offering 167 PPI pixel density. It is still thin and light to be was to hold for offering comfortable long reading sessions.

It features 4GB of storage and also supports Wi-Fi along with Bluetooth. It also lets you pair it with your headphone or speaker for audiobook playback. Amazon says that the redesigned Kindle will offer six-week battery life based on 30 minutes of reading a day with wifi turned off.

Amazon has also added some new features to improve your reading experience. Now when you finish a book, it will mark it as read in your library and the data will be synced across all your devices. You can filter to see what you have read and what you haven’t.

The new Kindle comes in Black or White color options. It is now available for pre-order starting tidal. If you pre-order the device on or before April 9, you will also get your first eBook free along with a two-year Device Total protection plan worth Rs. 1,199 completely free.
