Xiaomi has unveiled a new smartphone Band Hey+ in China. The new Mi Band comes with capacitive touchscreen panel, better water resistance and more battery life. So, Xiaomi Hey+ is better than Mi Band 3.

Xiaomi Hey+ features a 0.95-inch color OLED screen, which has a resolution of 240×120 pixels. You can also check up to 10 calls or up to 10 messages on the display. You can also read up to 300 characters of a message. The bracelet is made of thermoplastic elastometer.

The band is designed for sports activities. So, it can track your swimming, running and walking activity. It also has heart-rate sensor. It also features accelerometer, so can monitor your sleep.

The band also features caller ID feature. So, you can check and reject calls directly from the band. It also has alarms and reminders alert.

It also packs a NFC module implemented on the wristband. So, it can be used as a pass when entering the subway. In China, it has already compatible with metros across 148 cities in China. It can also be used to enter buildings that have doors with NFC readers.

It packs 120 mAh battery that can last for up to 18 days on average use. It takes around 2 hours in fully charging.

It can be connected to a phone using Bluetooth. It is compatible with most of Android and iOS devices. You can also connect it to Xiaomi Home Automation system to control other devices but you need to pair it with Mijia app.

Xiaomi Hey+ is priced at RMB 229 and will be up for sale starting September 20 in China.
