Fitbit has launched its new fitness tracker Fitbit Charge 3 in India. It comes with premium swimproof design and is priced at Rs. 14999. It will be available starting November 2018.
Fitbit Charge 3 comes with premium design. It has aerospace grade aluminum case and OLED display protected with Gorilla Glass 3. The display is 40% larger and brighter than its predecessor.
The fitness band has SpO2 sensor that allows it to estimate changes in blood oxygen levels. This is the first Fitbit band to feature this sensor. It can also track sleep apnea. It also has 24/7 PurePulse heart rate technology for even greater accuracy during exercise compared to Charge 2.
It features 15+ exercise modes like bike, swim, run, weights and yoga. You can set calories burn goal or distance goals and see the real-time stats and progress.
It can also tell you real-time pace and distance on device. The good thing is that it can automatically detect run to auto pause and auto stop the mode. The features related to distance will be coming soon.
It is water resistant to 50M. So you can wear it in shower, rain, pool or ocean. It also has a Swim Mode.
It will also be getting Female health tracking features soon. IN this, it will understand your menstrual cycle by using the Fitbit app to log your period and ovulation.
It claims to offer up to 7 days of usage with a full charge battery.
