Vivo launched its Vivo V9 back in March this year for Rs. 22990. Now the company has quietly dropped the price of this phone by Rs. 2000. New units of the phone comes with the price tag of Rs. 20990.

This price cut was confirmed by Mumbai-based retailer, Mahesh Telecom who has been a trusted source of smartphone news for a long time.

Vivo V9 created buzz due to its bezel-less display with iPhone X-like notch. Its advertisement featuring Amir Khan also helped the company a lot in creating demands of the phone.

The phone features 6.3-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 octa-core processor, Adreno 506 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

It has dual rear camera with 16-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors along with LED flash. It also features 24-megapixel front camera with wide angle lens. It features fingerprint sensor and Face unlock both. The phone offers 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, GPS, dual SIM and micro USB 2.0 connectivity options. It also has 3260 mAh battery.
