HMD Global has just announced its new smartphone Nokia X5 in China. The phone will be available starting from July 19th through online retailers Suning, JD.com, Lynx and official Nokia website.

Nokia X5 features a 5.86-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with 19:9 aspect ratio.It is powered by Octa Core MediaTek Helio P60 12nm processor with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU.

It comes in 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and 4GB with 64GB storage models and storage is expandable up to 256GB with microSD card. The phone runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) and is upgradable to Android P.

The phone features a dual camera setup that includes 13 megapixels primary sensor with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and 5 megapixels secondary sensor. It also has 8 megapixels front camera with f/2.2 aperture.

The phone has fingerprint sensor located on the back panel. It has Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and USB Type-C connectivity. It packs 3060 mAh battery.

It comes in Black, White and Blue colors. Dimensions measure 149.51 x 71.98 x 8.096 mm and it weighs 160g.
