Facebook to discontinue Hello, Moves, and tbh apps

Facebook has anoounced that the company will be shutting down three of its apps in coming weeks. These apps are Hello, Moves, and tbh.

Hello is an Android app the company launched back in 2015 in just three countries including Brazil, Nigeria, and the United States. It was a dealer app that shows caller id based on information available for that number on Facebook.

Moves app was acquired by Facebook back in 2014. It is basically a fitness app that lets users record their daily activities such as walking, cycling and running.

Last app is tbh that Facebook announced last year. This is an anonymous social media app for high school students and is only available in United States.

The company took the decision to shutdown these apps due to low number of active users. Moves will be shut down on July 31 and other two will be discontinued in the next few weeks. Facebook will also delete the user data from all three of these apps within 90 days

If you use any of these apps, you can start looking for alternatives.
