International roaming is also much cheaper than other telecom operators. You will have to pay Rs. 2 per min for voice, Rs. 2/ MB for data and Rs. 2 per SMS. This 2-2-2 is for selected countries. For others, it is 10-10-10. See list below.

You also have option for unlimited voice calls, sms and data at Rs. 575 per day or 2875 for 7 days.

Announcing the plan in a statement, Jio said “Jio Postpaid brings a differentiated connected living experience to postpaid users and will once again challenge the industry status quo by offering the lowest tariffs in India and abroad to the postpaid users, who end up paying disproportionately higher as compared to the prepaid segment.”

Customers can get the Jio Postpaid at home and can be activated instantly by e-KYC verification process. If you do not want to change your number, you can use MNP.
