Lenovo has finally confirmed the launch of Lenovo Z5 in Beijing on June 5. The company VP Chang Cheng confirmed the launch details on Weibo, China’s micro-blogging platform. It is expected to be a truly bezel-less smartphone with huge 4TB of storage.

Earlier, rumors were indicating that this smartphone will be launched on June 14, but now the company VP Chang Cheng confirmed the launch details on Weibo. He released a poster this morning which highlights the ZUK series handset.

Early teasers revealed that the Lenovo Z5 will sport a fully bezel-less display with no notch at the top or bottom. Chang Cheng has been teasing fans on Weibo for a quite long time. He posted the sketch design of the phone that shows a phone with a screen-to-body ratio higher than 95 percent.

Lenovo VP Chang Cheng has posted on Weibo few camera samples with a watermark that reads “Lenovo Z5 AI Dual Camera”. It means that the Z5 has AI capabilities for scene and object recognition. Watermark also indicated that the phone will have a dual camera setup. Other rumors claimed that Z5 will use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845.

According to his latest teaser on Weibo, the Lenovo Z5 will offer 30 minutes of talk time at 0% battery. The battery of the smartphone will offer up to 45 days of standby time. This is really an eye-catching feature.

All these specifications are rumored till now. We will have to wait until the official launch for exact specifications. Till then stay tuned.
