Sony Mobiles has launched its new smartphone Sony Xperia L2 in its ‘L series’ in India. This phone was introduced at the CES 2018 last month and come for Rs. 19990. It is also now available from retail stores across India.

Sony Xperia L2 comes with 5.5-inch HD display with Image Enhance Technology and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor with with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB Storage. The storage is also expandable up to 256GB.

The phone comes with 13 megapixels rear camera with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. It also has 8 megapixels front camera with 120° wide-angle lens, f/2.4 aperture lens, and f/2.4 aperture lens.

The phone also got a fingerprint scanner located on the rear panel. Other connectivity features of the phone are 4G VoLTE , Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C. It has 3300 mAh battery with Qnovo Adaptive Charging.

The phone comes for Rs. 19990 that is much higher for its specifications. You can get a better phone for this price. So, I do not think this phone has potential to attract Indian consumers. Even if you are a Sony smartphone fan, you can wait for few weeks and you will surely get a discounted price.
