Xiaomi’s upcoming Mi Mix 2 landed GeekBench and the listing confirmed few specifications of the phone.
As per the listing on Geekbench, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be powered by 1.90 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 835 processor and 6GB RAM. It will come with Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS with MIUI 9 skin on top.
Sadly, no other details were listed. It was rumored to come with 6.4-inch dual curved AMOLED 2K display. Few reports also claim an integrated fingerprint module. Gearbest also listed the phone with 4GB/6GB and 8GB RAM configurations. Few reports also suggested in-display fingerprint scanner.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is expected to come later this year. The most probable time frame is October or November. Like last year, French designer Philippe Starck is again designing the MI Mix 2.
We can only guess and rely on rumors. For confirmed specifications, we will have to wait until official release. We can expect more leaks to talk about this phone.
