Microsoft has just launched its new Surface Pro tablet with amazing battery life. This new Microsoft Surface Pro 2017 starts at $799.99. So, it is cheaper than last year’s Surface Pro 4. There will also be an LTE version but the company didn’t reveal the pricing for it.

The most notable feature of the tablet is its battery life. It claims to deliver up to 13.5 hours battery life. That is 50% more than Surface Pro 4 and 35% more than iPad Pro.
It is light with just 1.7lbs weight and 8.5mm thin. It comes with 2.3-inch PixelSense™ Display with 267ppi and 3:2 aspect ratio.
Microsoft is upgrading the new Surface Pro to new Intel seventh-generation Kaby Lake processor. It has fan-less design on the Core m3 and Core i5 models, but the Intel Core i7 still includes a fan.
It will be available in 4GB, 8GB, or 16GB RAM models and 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB SSD storage options. It includes an 8-megapixels rear camera with 1080p video recording. It also also offers 5-megapixels front-facing camera with 1080p video recording.
It has 1.6W Stereo speakers with Dolby Audio Premium. It also has Stereo microphones for good audio recording. It offers WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1, Full-size USB 3.0, microSD card reader, Mini DisplayPort, Cover port and Surface Connect connectivity options. There will also be a 4G LTE model.
The company has also introduced new Signature Type Covers. It has high-quality scissor mechanism to provide you a consistent and stable typing experience. It offers 1.3 mm of key travel for faster typing experience.
Now it is available for pre-order starting today and shipping starts in June in 26 countries.
Pricing starts at $799.99 and the top-end model with i7 is priced at $2699. The new Signature Type Cover is priced at $129 and the new Surface Pen costs $99.
