As per the new reports, Xiaomi is rumored to launch Redmi Note 4X. This phone will be the upgraded variant of Redmi Note 4 launched a few days back in China.

Redmi Note 4X will come with Snapdragon 653, 4GB RAM and 64 GB Storage. If you look at existing Redmi Note 4, it comes with 2GB and 3GB RAM models with Helio X20 processor.

Redmi Note 4X

We have no more information about the new phone, but there is one thing I guess with it. The new variant could come with same name Redmi Note 4 in India. The company did the same with Redmi Note 3. It launched Redmi Note 3 in China with MediaTek processor but upgraded with Snapdragon 650 for the Indian market.

Xiaomi has already started its Mi Explore program for the launch of Redmi Note 4 in India. This phone is expected to come in India next month. The company cannot take the risk in India where consumers and fans trusted the brand a lot. So, I expect the Snapdragon variant of Redmi Note 4 in India.

Without official confirmation, I cannot be sure on this. What are your views on this matter? Let us know your views in comments.
