Today, UCWeb announced its new UC News app exclusively for India. This app is powered by big data technology and aims to be one stop destination of curated news content in all popular categories. Along with this new app, company has also launched an upgraded UC Browser.
UCWeb, a unit of Alibaba Mobile Business Group, confirmed that UC browser has 80 million monthly active users in India. If we trust on StatCounter data, UC Browser has around 58% market share as of May 2016. UC browser is already most popular browser in India.
