Now, the company has sent an official response and claimed that there is nothing wrong with the device. It further explained the reason behind that creaking sound.

The Company said that the creaking sound was due the gasket underneath the display panel. It was put there to absorb and spread out the pressure from hard-press scenarios and protect the display from small falls.

When a user exerts pressure on the display, the sound produced due to the electrostatic adherence between the display and the gasket. So, this is not any kind of design issue but a thing company did to improve the durability of the device.

The company also said that they never compromise with quality and consider the customer delight their highest priority. So, one should not be worry and buy the phone without thinking anything wrong.
