LG has launched its LG G Flex 2 smartphone in India for Rs. 55000. This smartphone has a  5.5 inch curved display. It will go on sale later this month. This smartphone was announced back in January 2015 at CES 2015.

LG G Felx 2 is powered by a 2 GHz octa core 64-bit Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 processor with adreno 430 GPU. It features a 5.5 inch full-HD curved P-OLED display with corning gorilla glass 3 protection which is toughened approximately 20 percent from the previous generation. Display has 700mm-radius curvature. It has 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage and microSD card slot to expand storage up to 128 GB. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and features like Simultaneous video and image recording, geo-tagging, face detection, panorama and HDR. It also has a 2.1 megapixel front shooter for video calls and selfie.

Connectivity features of the smartphone are 4G LTE-A , HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth Smart Ready (Apt-X) 4.1, NFC, SlimPort, GPS/ A-GPS, GLONASS, and USB 2.0. It is packed with 3000 mAh battery.

This smartphone also comes with gesture controls: Gesture shot, Gesture View and Glance View.
