As we reported yesterday, Flipkart has put Nexus 6 for pre-orders in India. The smartphone will be available in two colors: Midnight Blue and Cloud White and two variants: 32GB and 64GB. 32 GB Nexus 6 has been priced at Rs. 43,999 while 64 GB Nexus 6 costs Rs. 48,999. You can order one for you from Flipkart. Flipkart confirms that the delivery of the smartphone will start in early December.
Flipkart also has some launch day offers to attract buyers. It is providing free 3 months subscription of its Flipkart First service, Rs, 1500 cash back on 6/9/12 months EMI via HDFC or ICICI credit cards and pre-selected eBooks worth Rs. 3100. Not a single offer is exciting here. You can also return your old smart phone and get upto 10000 discount. But read terms and conditions first before getting excitement.
Unlike previous Nexus smartphones, Nexus 6 has not been subsidized. This is the reason it costs higher that all previous Nexus devices. But the device comes with high end specifications. It has 5.96 inch display with 1440×2560 resolution at 493ppi. It is powered by a 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 with Adreno 420 GPU and 3 GB RAM. it has a 13 megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization and HDR+. It also has a 2 megapixel front camera and 3220 mAh battery.
Nexus 6 was unveiled back in October this year. It was also listed earlier this month on Flipkart without price tag. Now it is available for pre-orders.
