Along with Android Lollipop, Google has also officially announced the next generation Nexus Smartphone Google Nexus 6. For this device, Google has chosen Motorola as manufacturing partner. There was no specific event for this announcement.Google has simply announced everything via a blog post.

Google Nexus 6 comes with a 6 inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution which offers 496ppi. It is powered by a 2.65 GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor. It is packed with 3 GB RAM and comes in 32 GB/ 64 GB storage models. It is packed with Android Lollipop. It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization and dual LED flash. It also has a 2 megapixel front camera.

It is packed with 3200 mAh non removable battery. It features turbo charging. Users to get up 6 hours of usage with only 15 minutes if charging. It will be available in two colors – Midnight Blue and Cloud White.

Google will start accepting pre-orders from October 29 and shipment will start in November. 32 GB SIM free version of Nexus 6 will be priced at $649. Uncloked model will work on all four major US carriers.
