Along with Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 compact, Sony has also announced its latest tablet Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet at IFA 2014 in Berlin. Hardware specifications of Xperia Z3 tablet Compact is similar to the Xperia Z3.

Xperia Z3 tablet compact features a 8 inch full HD TRILUMINOS display. It is powered by a 2.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with Adreno 30 GPU. It is packed with 3 GB RAM and 16 GB internal. It features a 8.1 megapixel rear camera and a 2.2 megapixel front camera.

It is packed with 4500 mAh battery. Company claims that battery of the tablet will last for 13 hours on video playback.

This tablet will go on sale this month. It will be available in Black and White color options.
