Japanese smartphone maker Sony Xperia M2 Aqua smartphone. It is the waterproof version of company’s Xperia M2 launched earlier this year.

Sony Xperia M2 features a 4.8 inch capacitive touchscreen display with 960×540 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat. It comes with a 8 megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. It has IP65/68 waterproof rating and IP65 dustproof rating. It is packed with 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage, 32 GB expandable storage, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC. It has 2330 mAh battery.

Sony has not announced the dual SIM and LTE version of the smartphones. It comes with Black, White and Purple colors. It would be launched in Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe starting Autumn 2014.
