Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Launched in India for Rs. 49,990

Today, Samsung has announced its latest flasgship phablet Galaxy Note 3 in India at a press event in Delhi. Samsung has priced Note 3 at Rs. 49,990 in India. It will be available beginning from September 25 via all major retail stores and online stores. Galaxy Note 3 was originally unveiled in IFA Berlin event.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 comes with 5.7 inch full HD Super AMOLED display. If we compare it with its predecessor phablets, it is slimmer and lighter. It also boasts to support new and improved S Pen with Air Command.

It is powered by a 1.9 GHz octa-core processor with 3GB of RAM. It comes with 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2 megapixel front camera. It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI . It will be available in 32 GB and 64 GB storage variants. Both variants also have microSD card slot for storage expantion.

Connectivity features of Galaxy Note 3 includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS/ GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth v4.0 (LE), IR, and MHL 2.0. It is packed with 3,200mAh battery.

Other features of the phablet are My Magazine, Wake-up Command, Scrapbook, S Finder, Advanced Multi Window, Samsung Smart Switch and Action Memo. It comes preloaded with many apps including Evernote, Dropbox, sketchbook pro, NY Times, Bloomberg Businessweek, Bitcasa, Oxford Dictionary and Angry Birds Star Wars 2.
