Apple Introduces iPhone 5C with A6 Processor, Comes in 5 Colors

On Tuesday, Apple has announced its low cost iPhone called iPhone 5C. It comes with similar design as of iPhone 5 and iPhone 5S. This low cost iPhone comes in 5 colors: blue, green, yellow, tangerine and white.

iPhone 5C features a 4 inch retina display. It is powered by A6 processor, same as in iPhone 5. It comes with 8 megapixel camera and a HD face time camera. iPhone 5C comes with LTE connectivity. Apple also claims that it supports mode LTE bands than any other smartphone in world.

It is priced at $99 for 16 GB and $199 for 32 GB model with 2 years of contract. If you want colored cases, you will have to pay $29 for each. Apple has yet to announce the release date of the phone.

It will be up for pre-order on September 13 and will go on sale on September 20 in US, Australia, China, Canada, France, Japan, Germany, Singapore and UK.

Without contract, iPhone 5C is priced at $549 in United States. It comes out to Rs. 35,000 approx without any import duties. If you were wishing to have an iPhone 5C for cheap, forget it.
