After days of rumours and leaks, Now Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini is official. But nothing about availability and price has been announced. More details are expected to be revealed on June 20 press event.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with TouchWiz. It features a 4.3 inch qHD super AMOLED display. It is powered by a 1.7 GHz processor with 1.5 GB RAM It comes with 8 GB internal storage with a microSD card slot. It also features a 8 megapixel primary camera and a 1.9 megapixel front camera. It comes with 1900 mAh battery.
“We appreciate such unprecedented demands for the GALAXY S4 that we aimed to provide users with life companion for a fuller, richer and simpler life. And now, we want to give people more choices with GALAXY S4 mini, similar look & feel of GALAXY S4 for more compact and practical usages ,” said JK Shin, CEO and President of IT & Mobile Communication Division at Samsung Electronics.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini will come in three connectivity models. First one will come with LTE and NFC, second one will be 3G HSPA+ and the last one will be a dual SIM 3G model. Other connectivity features are dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS + GLONASS.
