Microsoft is set to launch its new Operating System Window 8 at the end of this month. But it is reported that the work on Windows 9 is already in progress.
Nothing more about this is available but the James Akrigg, Microsoft’s head of technology for partners, confirmed at Misco Expo 12 in UK, that Microsoft’s next major project to be released is Windows 9.”It should just work. I’m not going to say we’re going to do it [reach perfection] with Windows 8 because we’re already working on Windows 9,” he said when asked about his expectations regarding Windows 8.
Some other sources said that the Microsoft is working on the next iteration of Windows called Windows Blue. At this moment, we can only respond to rumours because we have no proof for this. We have to wait for the Windows 8 event and we can expect few announcement for the next Windows Iteration.
