As expected, Microsoft has sent the invitation to press for Windows 8 launch event that will be held in New York on October 25. Microsoft has also confirmed that the Windows RT powered surface tablet will also launched along with Windows 8. Microsoft is also planning to launch Window Phone 8 and Windows Server. We can only guess about things that could be happen. Company is not revelaing anything exact about that.

Windows 8 is the lastest operatig system by Microsoft that will be available for  home and business desktops to laptops, tablets, and home theater PCs. It is optimized for touch devices.

We can also expect the launch of various Windows 8 smartphones launched by Samsung and Nokia. HTC is also expected to showcase its Windows Phone 8 line up on September 19.
