The leading computer security service provider company, Quick Heal has launched a new security suit for Android smart phones. 
Kailash Katkar, managing director and chief executive officer, Quick Heal Technologies, said,”People have gone beyond basic entertainment, ringtones and have started using mobiles for advanced applications such as email, browsing, m-commerce and banking. We plan to launch security solutions for Blackberry platforms shortly.”
Few security companies had researched that Android is the main target of hackers and spammers so the security of Android is must. Now this type of application can help users better to protect their data. This new app offers virus protection, call blocking, SMS blocking, anti-theft and data protection features. 
This app also allows call filtering to block unwanted calls. With the SMS blocking feature user can block spam SMS. This app also has antitheft protection to trace/locate a lost or stolen phone.
The company is also planning to take the same app for blackberry devices.
