Although Nokia sold its smartphone division to Microsoft, it does not mean that it is over. Yesterday, it tweeted about some mysterious launch today. And finally it has announced its latest Android tablet dubbed as Nokia N1 at Slush event in Finland. This Android tablet will run on Android Lollipop with Nokia’s Z launcher at top.
Nokia N1 Tablet
Nokia N1 features a 7.9 inch IPS display with LED backlight, 2048×1536 pixels resolution and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Nokia also mentioned that this is a fully laminated zero air-gap display. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz 64-bit Intel Atom Processor Z3580 with PowerVR G6430 GPU. It has 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 32 GB internal storage. It has a 8 megapxiel autofocus rear camera and a 5 megapixel fixed focus front camera. Both cameras can record 1080p videos.
It is packed with 5300 mAh battery.

It will be available in two color options: Natural Aluminum or Lava Gray. Nokia N1 tablet will be launched in February 2015 after Chinese New year and will initially be available in China. The it will be launched in Russia and other European countries. As of now, there is no plan to launch this tablet in United States. India launch is also not confirmed. The tablet has been priced at $249.
