Microsoft has started another Free Play Days promotion to give Xbox players the chance to try several games for free over the weekend. The latest lineup includes a mix of racing, action, and MMORPG titles, including popular games like Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.
This week’s Free Play Days offer includes four games. Two of them are available only for Xbox Game Pass members, while the other two can be played by all Xbox players without any membership.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential members can try Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, which is the latest game in the Sonic kart racing series. The game features vehicles that transform to race across land, air, sea, and even space. Players can choose from 23 characters from the Sonic universe while competing in different races.
Game Pass members can also play Black Desert, the popular open-world MMORPG developed by Pearl Abyss. The game offers a large fantasy world where players can explore, fight enemies, and complete quests.
Along with these titles, two games are available for all Xbox players during the promotion. Players can try Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, the latest entry in the Call of Duty franchise developed by Treyarch. The free trial includes access to the game’s Multiplayer and Zombies modes. Players can explore more than 25 multiplayer maps, two round-based Zombies maps, and the new Cursed Survival mode.
Another title available during the promotion is FBC: Firebreak from Remedy Entertainment. This is a three-player cooperative action game set in the same supernatural universe as Alan Wake and Control.
Microsoft has confirmed that any progress made during the Free Play Days weekend will carry over if players decide to purchase the game later.
Players can access these titles on different platforms. Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is available on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. Black Desert can be played on Xbox Series X|S. FBC: Firebreak is available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 can also be played on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
