2K has confirmed that PGA TOUR 2K25 is finally coming to the Switch 2. The game will launch on February 6, 2026, giving Nintendo players their first chance to experience the popular golf sim on the new hardware. The game was originally released for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in February 2025.
The Switch 2 version brings the full PGA TOUR 2K25 experience, including the three big Majors: The PGA Championship, The U.S. Open, and The Open Championship. This is the first time these events are fully playable in the franchise.
PGA TOUR 2K25 focuses on giving players more control, more realism, and more ways to compete. The new EvoSwing system promises better club control and more natural swing animations. There are new shot types, improved ball physics, and better visuals to make the whole game feel more lifelike.
The game also expands MyCAREER and MyPLAYER. You can train, simulate rounds, and build your golfer with new customization options and updated skill trees. The progression system now includes Attribute Points and Equipment Progression, giving you more ways to shape your play style.
Multiplayer is a big part of the experience, too. You can play Match Play, Scramble, or Skins, both online and offline. Daily and weekly tournaments keep things fresh, and cross-platform play means you can compete with friends no matter where they play.
For creators, the Course Designer returns with more tools, new surfaces, and a better camera system. You can build your dream course and share it with the community.
Regular seasonal updates, rewards, and leaderboard resets round out the experience.
