realme has officially unveiled realme UI 7.0, the latest version of its custom Android skin built on Android 16. The new update introduces next-generation design, AI-powered features, and deeper system optimization for a smarter, smoother, and more connected experience for users.

According to the company, realme UI 7.0 is designed to deliver “Smart, Smooth, and Ease at Your Fingertips,” blending intelligent performance with a refined visual style inspired by glass textures.

Elegant Design with Light Glass Aesthetics

One of the biggest design changes in realme UI 7.0 is the new Light Glass Design. Realme claims that the design is inspired by glass surfaces, but you can assume the motivation behind this. The design brings a touch of transparency and depth to the entire interface. The Ice Cube Icons replace flat visuals with expressive, crystalline symbols that feel more tactile and lifelike.

The Misty Glass Control Center now has a frosted background for a soft, translucent look, while the Breathing Dock improves the layout for better readability and balance. Together, these updates create a UI that feels premium yet intuitive.

Personalization and Customization

realme UI 7.0 introduces Flux Theme 2.0. It offers a wide range of personalization options. Users can apply large text themes, use panoramic Always-On Displays, and even set Live Photos or video wallpapers enhanced by AI-powered Dynamic Depth of Field, which automatically keeps the main subject in focus.

Customization goes even further with new fingerprint animations, interactive Flux Desktop icons that can be resized and recolored, updated widgets, and new lock screen styles. All these elements combine to give users more control over the look and feel of their devices.

Smarter AI

realme UI 7.0 brings artificial intelligence with features that make daily use more convenient. The new AI Notify Brief summarizes non-urgent notifications and presents them as personalized morning and evening briefings, helping users focus only on what matters.

AI Framing Master provides automatic guidance on framing shots. It not only identifies the best composition but also explains the visual principles behind it, helping users take more professional-looking photos.

The update also introduces iPhone and Apple Watch Connect. It allows users to receive calls and messages from Apple devices and sync health data from Apple Watch.

For gamers, AI Gaming Coach analyzes playing habits to deliver real-time performance optimization and personalized gameplay insights.

Performance

Beyond visual and AI improvements, realme UI 7.0 focuses heavily on system-level performance. The Flux Engine enhances responsiveness by 15%, boosts daily performance by 22%, and improves app scrolling smoothness by 29%.

The new Multi-task Sidebar allows quick access to apps and tools without disrupting ongoing tasks, while Seamless Animations make every transition and gesture feel fluid and natural. Combined, these improvements deliver a consistently fast and effortless experience across work, gaming, and entertainment.

Availability

The realme GT 8 Pro will be the first smartphone to come preloaded with realme UI 7.0. Other devices, including the realme GT 7 Pro, will start receiving the update from November 2025.
