Alongside the flagship OnePlus 15, OnePlus has also introduced the OnePlus Ace 6 in China. This phone is aimed at gamers and performance enthusiasts who want flagship-level power at a more accessible price.
The phone weighs 213 grams and measures 8.32mm thick, giving it a solid, premium feel in hand. It also comes with an impressive IP66/68/69/69K rating.
The OnePlus Ace 6 comes with a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display that supports up to 165Hz refresh rate with intelligent switching between 60, 90, 120, 144, and 165Hz. This means the display can automatically adjust based on what you are doing. It saves power during regular use and unlocks full speed during gaming.
The phone uses the same “Bright Eye Protection” technology found in the OnePlus 15 and is certified with the “Little Gold Label” eye protection standard. This ensures low flicker, reduced blue light, and comfortable viewing even in dark environments.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. It is built on a 3nm process, ensuring better performance and efficiency. The phone also comes with a new Wind Chip Gaming Core, which enables an unlimited 165Hz full-frame gaming experience. OnePlus claims it delivers the best 1% low frame rate and best multi-window frame rate stability in its segment.
The OnePlus Ace 6 runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16, the same as the OnePlus 15.
It includes flagship-grade Touch and Display Sync for better accuracy, and a Glacier Cooling System to keep temperatures under control during long gaming sessions. Signal strength has been improved by up to 60%, and a high-precision gyroscope ensures stable aiming and motion tracking in shooting games.
OnePlus Ace 6 closely follows the “Metal Cube Deco” aesthetic of the OnePlus 15. It has a metal frame, a micro-gradient silk glass finish, and comes in Competitive Black, Flash White, and Quicksilver colors.
The OnePlus Ace 6 features a 50MP Sony main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 16MP front camera. It supports 4K 60fps video recording, which is quite good for a phone focused on gaming and performance.
OnePlus has also included ultrasonic fingerprint sensing and dual stereo speakers for an immersive multimedia experience. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and USB Type-C (USB 2.0). It also includes an infrared blaster and multi-function NFC.
The phone houses a massive 7800mAh battery, one of the largest in any mainstream smartphone. It supports 120W SuperVOOC fast charging, which can charge 50% in just 16 minutes or provide 3.3 hours of gaming with a 10-minute charge.
OnePlus also includes Bypass Power and In-Game Recharge features, designed to reduce heat and protect the battery while gaming on charge. This combination of huge capacity and fast charging is ideal for heavy users and gamers.
