OPPO has launched the Reno14 5G Diwali Edition in India. This special edition comes just in time for Diwali.
The highlight of this edition is OPPO’s new GlowShift Technology. The company says it is the industry’s first heat-sensitive colour-changing technology in India. The phone’s back panel changes from a festive black to radiant gold when it comes in contact with body temperature.
This is made possible with multiple layers, including six processes, three superimposed layers and a nine-layer lamination technique. The colour shifts smoothly—black below 28℃, transitioning between 29–34℃, and glowing gold above 35℃. OPPO claims that this change can last through at least 10,000 cycles, making sure the magic remains for years.
The OPPO Reno14 5G Diwali Edition is priced at ₹39,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. It is available via mainline retail outlets, OPPO e-store, Flipkart, and Amazon.

The Reno14 5G Diwali Edition comes with a 6.59-inch 1.5K flat OLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 1200 nits brightness. It also has Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
The phone is powered by the octa-core Dimensity 8350 4nm processor paired with Mali-G615 GPU. It packs 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It runs Android 15 with ColorOS 15 out of the box.
The phone features a triple setup at the back. There is a 50MP main camera with IMX882 sensor and OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with 112° field of view, and a 50MP 3.5X periscope telephoto lens with OIS. On the front, it has a 50MP camera for selfies and video calls. Both front and rear cameras support 4K 60fps video recording.
