Infinix has launched its new budget 5G smartphone in India, the HOT 60i 5G, in India. The phone seems to have good specs for the price.
The HOT 60i 5G features a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also comes with the Dynamic Port feature, designed to show notifications in a unique way.
It runs on Android 15 with HiOS 15, promising up to five years of lag-free performance. The phone includes several AI-powered tools for daily use, such as Circle to Search, AI Call Translation, AI Summarization, AI Writing Assistant, AI Eraser for photos, and AI Wallpaper Generator. The Folax voice assistant also allows hands-free operation with personalized responses.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 octa-core processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 4GB of virtual RAM. It has 128GB of storage that is expandable up to 2TB via microSD.
It has a 50MP rear camera capable of recording 2K video at 30fps and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It retains a 3.5mm audio jack and also has a single bottom-ported speaker with DTS support.
Another notable feature is the Ultra Link technology, which supports No Network Call, allowing critical communication functions to work even when there is no mobile signal. Connectivity options are 5G SA/NSA networks, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and USB Type-C.
Infinix HOT 60i 5G is also dust and splash-resistant with an IP64 rating. It comes in four colors: Shadow Blue, Monsoon Green, Plum Red, and Sleek Black.
The phone is priced at Rs. 9,299, but users can avail a prepaid card offer to reduce the price to Rs. 8,999.
