Xiaomi has launched three new power banks in India, expanding its accessory lineup with options focused on high-speed wired charging, magnetic wireless charging and portability. The new models are the Xiaomi Power Bank 20000 165W, Xiaomi Magnetic Power Bank 10000 45W and Xiaomi Ultrathin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W.
The new lineup includes a 20,000mAh power bank capable of delivering up to 165W, a 10,000mAh magnetic power bank with Qi2.2 wireless charging, and a 5,000mAh model that is only 6mm thick and weighs 98g.
Xiaomi Power Bank 20000 165W
The Xiaomi Power Bank 20000 165W is the most powerful model among the three new products. It packs a 20,000mAh lithium-ion battery and supports up to 165W combined output.
The USB-C1 port can deliver up to 120W, while the USB-C2 port supports up to 45W. This allows users to charge two devices simultaneously, including smartphones, tablets and laptops. There is also a USB-A port with up to 22.5W output.
The power bank supports up to 90W input for faster self-charging. It also supports USB Power Delivery 3.0 with PPS, Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.5, QC 3.0, QC 2.0, BC1.2 and Apple 2.4A.
It comes with a built-in 6A braided USB-C cable, which also works as a carry loop. Xiaomi has also added a colour digital display that shows the battery level, charging and discharging information, estimated charging and discharging time, low-current status and malfunction alerts.
The power bank has 12 layers of protection covering temperature, over-current, short circuit, over-voltage, overcharge, over-discharge, electrostatic discharge and foreign object detection.
The Xiaomi Power Bank 20000 165W measures 157.8 × 54 × 43.5mm and weighs 486g. It comes in Space Grey and has a rated energy of 70.65Wh, making it suitable for air travel under international aviation standards, although passengers should follow the rules of their airline.
Xiaomi Magnetic Power Bank 10000 45W
The Xiaomi Magnetic Power Bank 10000 45W is aimed at users who want both wired and wireless charging. It has a 10,000mAh battery made up of two 5,000mAh cells.
It supports up to 45W wired charging through the USB-C port and built-in USB-C cable. Wireless charging uses the Qi2.2 standard and supports up to 25W output.
The power bank supports simultaneous wired and wireless charging, with up to 15W wired output and 25W wireless output. It can also recharge itself while charging two other devices.
For self-charging, the built-in USB-C cable supports up to 30W input. Xiaomi says the power bank can be fully recharged in around 2 hours and 20 minutes when both USB-C ports are used.
It has a 13N magnetic force and four battery indicator lights. Xiaomi has included 16 safety features covering over-voltage, over-current, short circuit, temperature, overcharge and over-discharge protection, among others.
The power bank has a soft-touch silicone magnetic panel and a compact body measuring 109 × 68.5 × 19.8mm. It weighs 238g and will be available in Black and White.
Qi2.2 magnetic charging is supported on the iPhone 12 series and later, excluding the iPhone 14.
Xiaomi Ultrathin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W
The Xiaomi Ultrathin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W is the smallest and lightest model in the new lineup. It has a 5,000mAh battery and weighs just 98g. The power bank has a card-like 6mm-thick body. The body combines an aluminium alloy shell with a fibreglass surface. It also features rounded corners, a photolithographically etched logo, an excimer coating and a heat-resistant finish.
It supports up to 15W magnetic wireless charging and 22.5W wired charging through USB-C. It also supports charging two devices simultaneously. When wired and wireless charging are used together, the output is up to 7.5W through USB-C and 5W wirelessly.
Xiaomi uses its Surge Battery technology with a high-energy-density silicon-carbon battery featuring 16% silicon content. It is paired with a 4,369mm² graphite sheet for heat management. Xiaomi claims the power bank can add up to 9 hours of music playback time to the Xiaomi 17.
There are 10 layers of safety protection, including over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, short circuit, overcharge, over-discharge and foreign object detection.
The Xiaomi Ultrathin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W measures 98.5 × 71.5 × 6mm and weighs 98g. It will be available in Radiant Orange, Glacier Silver and Graphite Black.
For MagSafe-compatible devices, users need a compatible device or case. Devices without built-in magnetic alignment require a compatible magnetic ring or case.

The Xiaomi Power Bank 20000 165W is priced at Rs. 5,499, with an introductory price of Rs. 4,999.
The Xiaomi Magnetic Power Bank 10000 45W is priced at Rs. 3,699.
The Xiaomi Ultrathin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W is priced at Rs. 5,999 and will be available at an introductory price of Rs. 5,599.
The Xiaomi Power Bank 20000 165W and Xiaomi Ultrathin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W will go on sale from September 11 through mi.com, Amazon.in, Flipkart and Xiaomi Retail. The Xiaomi Magnetic Power Bank 10000 45W will be available from September 15.
